I guess there is no zero star or I…

I guess there is no zero star or I would have left that. If you have to call them plz be ready to deal with rudeness. Its almost like they do not even want your business. I would hope the owners would address this but I really don't care at this point I found a better place to buy.

BUYER BEWARE

My experience with this company was absolutely POOR.
They were very discriminatory and provided immensely subpar uncooperative services.
I STRONGLY advise that you think twice before ordering anything with them. I don’t normally write these type of reviews, but it was honestly that bad.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

We had order custom magnets. Everything was spelled correctly. They insisted their art department redo them and they spelt it wrong. So we called back and they sent some that were spelt correctly. They continue to try charging my card 5 times. Each time we call and they say we shouldn't be charged for it. We had to get a whole new bank card...

Poor web site

Placed an order in March, delivery date tomorrow, so I logged into my account to see if it was on it's way yet in 'My Orders' section it said I had no orders in the last six months. Bit of a panic, so phoned them and a bit of a stroppy lady informed me that this part of the website doesn't work! That doesn't bode well does it. The woman on the phone couldn't tell me if it had been sent she just repeated that expected date of delivery is tomorrow, not the best of customer services!!

We decided to keep using custom ink…

We decided to keep using custom ink because 4imprint was so trash that I threw my computer at the wall. So technically 4imprint owes me money, and I need extra money for the mental damage it did for me. 200 dollars for the computer, 1000 dollars for the mental damage, and 400 dollars interest. Also I will be suing 4imprint because the amount of time I spent looking at where I can design a shirt I could have gotten first place in the Olympics world tournament.

Another order, another great experience!

Just placed another two orders with 4imprint today. I have to say that their product offering, customer service, attention to detail, communication and satisfaction guarantee cannot be beat! Last year, we had one order that came in incorrectly -partially our fault- and they insisted on making it right and redoing the entire order as I had originally wanted it. This cost them time and money, which they freely gave to make sure I was completely satisfied...they were right and here I am ordering yet again. Thank you, 4imprint, you are a ***STELLAR*** partner in promoting my businesses!

What a nightmare working with 4imprint

What a nightmare it has working with this company.
Instead of one rep handing my order, I have had 3 which has made the process totally confusing. A few days ago, I completed my 2 other orders and have not been sent anything to review for final approval from any of these reps. They tried to break up my branding to fit their product without consultation. They did not use my branded colors at the original order because. I did not have that choice. I have 3 colors on my logo. Black, White and hex#dd3333. Simple stuff. I was the one who had to follow up to make sure my branding colors were used. Right now I am looking into some other possible vendors.

I ordered beanie hats and the finished…

I ordered beanie hats and the finished work was horrible and not a nice as the sample. I asked for white or black stitching and the went with black and you could not even read the name. I do not think they do any of the work themselves. Anyone would have stopped after one hat and said this don't look good.

Sent sample to wrong address

I filled out a form to receive a sample with a certain address. They linked it to my "account" with a different address I had for in the past (my work address, but now I'm working from home). They sent the sample to that work address. They would not treat me as an anonymous individual after that but wanted to change the address in my account to a home address. This would be bad, because I don't want boxes of promo items sent to my home address, just a sample. Somehow they couldn't handle just treating me as an anonymous requestor of a sample.
